We support feature films, television and streaming productions, commercials, branded content, fashion campaigns, and advertising shoots across Greece. Cover can be scoped for single or multiple units, multi-day schedules, urban locations, islands, coastal settings, and remote mainland locations, subject to access and availability.

Does every production need medical cover?

Accepted Answer

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. The appropriate provision depends on the crew, activities, stunts or special effects, location, environment, access to care, and any producer, studio, insurer, location-owner, or permit conditions. The production should confirm those requirements with the relevant parties. ambu24 can assess the operational medical risks and recommend proportionate cover, but does not determine the production’s legal or insurance obligations.

What level of medical cover can you provide on set?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the agreed scope, cover can range from a single medic to a doctor-led team and may include doctors, nurses, mobile paramedics, medical equipment, and ambulance standby. Staffing and transport capability are matched to the schedule, locations, activities, access, and escalation plan.

Can you support stunts, special effects, marine work, or remote filming?

Where the activity is within the agreed scope and can be supported safely, we can plan for technically demanding filming. The review may consider access and extraction, communications, environmental conditions, nearest appropriate care, transfer routes, staffing, equipment, and ambulance provision, with a written medical plan where requested.

What happens if a cast or crew member needs medical care on set?

Accepted Answer

The team follows the agreed response and escalation plan, provides assessment and care within its clinical scope, and coordinates onward transfer where required. Where included in the service, incident records or operational summaries can be provided to authorised production stakeholders, subject to confidentiality, consent, and applicable data-protection requirements.

How is production medical cover priced, and how do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the schedule, locations, crew and activity profile, duration, staffing, equipment, ambulance requirement, and the planning or reporting included. We provide a quotation once the production brief and required scope have been reviewed.
