Telemedicine
ambu24 supports remote medical decision-making with telemedicine and telecardiology services, including ECG review where appropriate. Twenty-four-hour access can be arranged for agreed services, subject to the confirmed operating hours, clinician availability, response route, and technical requirements.
Remote medical input
- Telemedicine and telecardiology can support on-site teams, industrial and remote locations, event coverage, patient transport cases, and assistance-company coordination.
- ECG review may be available where appropriate, alongside remote consultation and triage support; its usefulness depends on recording quality, connectivity, available information, and the limits of remote assessment.
When physical care is needed
- Telemedicine does not replace emergency public services or definitive hospital care.
- Where a physical response or transfer is required, ambu24 can assess a separately arranged doctor visit or patient transport, subject to location, clinical suitability, and availability.
